Bay Air
Ventures (BAV) offers a unique value proposition to a
selected group of general aviation pilots in Tampa Bay, Florida.
BAV members enjoy the personal and business use of high-quality,
well-equipped, well-maintained, and FAST high performance
aircraft at a reasonable cost. By sharing the expenses of
aircraft ownership, BAV members are able to utilize
top-of-the-line aircraft at a fraction of the cost of personal
ownership.
All costs of aircraft
acquisition and ownership, including fixed costs, variable
maintenance costs, and overhaul reserves are shared by BAV
members. This approach makes high-performance
aircraft ownership affordable to many pilots that might
otherwise have to settle for less airplane than they really want
or need. The best aircraft, the best equipment, the best
maintenance programs, and great fun flying are the rewards that
BAV offers to our partners. We hope you will consider
joining our team and joining in the fun!

BAV Members
jointly own and operate corporate aircraft. We currently
have a waiting list for new membership positions. New
members must agree to the financial obligations of the program
and should have the following minimum flight
experience:

FAA Private Pilot Certificate

500 hours of total flight time

Instrument Rating
-
Complex and high performance sign-offs
- 150
hours of time in retractable gear aircraft
